These are the terms for using MoveToWhop (movetowhop.com), including the migration tool and the guides on this site. We've kept them in plain English. By using the site or the tool, you agree to them.

What MoveToWhop is
MoveToWhop is a free, independent service that helps you move products, pricing, course outlines, community spaces and member access from another platform to Whop. MoveToWhop is an independent migration service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whop, Inc. Whop is a trademark of Whop, Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The tool is free to use. Whop may pay us a referral commission when you create a Whop through our links or inside the tool. See how we make money.
What you're responsible for
- Only migrate businesses, content and member lists you own or have the right to move, and follow the terms of the platform you're leaving and of Whop.
- Follow the law when you contact your members, including any consent and unsubscribe rules that apply to your emails and messages.
- Keep your own accounts secure, and revoke any API key you created for the migration once you're done.
- Review everything the tool creates in your Whop, including prices, billing periods, trials and access, before you share it with members or turn off your old platform.
What you authorize us to do
When you connect your Whop, you authorize the tool to make the Whop API calls you start in the wizard, such as creating products, plans, courses, forums and promo codes in the business you choose. You can sign out at any time to revoke that access. Our handling of your data is described in the privacy policy.
No guarantees
Migrations depend on the exports and APIs other companies provide, and those change without notice. Some things can't be moved automatically, and each platform page says which. We work hard to get it right, but the tool and the site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Keep your old platform running until you've checked that everything works on Whop.
Guides, comparisons and prices
Our guides and comparisons are for general information. Prices, fees and features change often; each page shows when we last checked them, and you should confirm on the official pricing page before you decide. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice.
Limits of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MoveToWhop isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, members or data, arising from your use of the site or the tool. Your relationship with Whop and with any other platform is governed by their own terms.
Trademarks
Whop is a trademark of Whop, Inc. Kajabi, Skool, Circle, Patreon and every other platform name on this site belong to their owners. We use these names only to describe the products we compare and migrate from.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
