Quick answer
The best ClickFunnels alternatives in 2026 are Whop (no plan fee, members and payments in one place), Systeme.io (the cheapest funnel builder, with a free plan), HighLevel (CRM, email and SMS for agencies), Kartra (email, pages and checkout), SamCart (checkout-first selling) and Kajabi (courses with email and funnels). Selling $49 memberships at $10,000 a month, you'd pay about $4,575 a year on Whop against $5,859 on ClickFunnels Launch.

Quick picks
The right replacement depends on which part of ClickFunnels you actually use. Start with the line that sounds like you.
- No plan fee, the lowest yearly cost at $1,000 a month, and you can keep your funnel pages: Whop
- Lowest-cost funnel builder, with a free plan: Systeme.io
- CRM, email and SMS for an agency or a sales team: HighLevel
- Email, SMS, pages and checkout under one login: Kartra
- Checkout-first selling with processor choice: SamCart
- Courses with email, funnels and a website: Kajabi
- A big email list on a small budget: staying on ClickFunnels Launch
Whop is listed first for three stated reasons. Its yearly cost is lowest at $1,000 a month, lowest at all three levels if its optional billing fee is off, and lowest at $10,000 too if Stripe charges its Billing fee on Systeme.io subscriptions. ClickFunnels now supports selling through Whop's checkout from your existing pages. And our free migration tool is built for it. We earn a commission from Whop and nothing from the other platforms on this list.
True cost at three revenue levels
Systeme.io's $17 plan and Whop are the two cheapest options at $10,000 a month, while Kajabi Basic and ClickFunnels Scale cost the most. Each platform is priced on its entry plan for a funnel business, billed monthly, selling a $49 monthly membership. For SamCart we used Pro, because order bumps and upsells need it.
Prices as of October 2026, from each company's public pricing and help pages. Plans change, so check before you buy.
| Option (plan priced) | Year at $1,000 a month | Year at $10,000 | Year at $50,000 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Whop (pay per sale) | $457 | $4,575 | $22,873 |
| Systeme.io (Startup, $17) | $625 | $4,419 | $21,277 |
| HighLevel (Starter, $97) | $1,585 | $5,379 | $22,237 |
| Kartra (Starter, $119) | $1,849 | $5,643 | $22,501 |
| SamCart (Pro, $199) | $2,809 | $6,603 | $23,461 |
| Kajabi (Basic, $179) | $2,653 | $7,203 | $27,421 |
| ClickFunnels Launch ($97), for comparison | $1,633 | $5,859 | $24,637 |
| ClickFunnels Scale ($197), for comparison | $2,833 | $7,059 | $25,837 |
The math: a month costs the plan price, plus revenue times the fee rate, plus 30¢ for each $49 charge, and the table shows twelve months of that. We used US cards and left out add-ons (except Whop's billing fee), taxes, payouts and currency conversion. Fee rates: Whop 3.2% (2.7% card plus Whop's optional 0.5% billing fee, which applies only when enabled; we included it on every subscription charge to be conservative); Systeme.io, HighLevel, Kartra and SamCart's SamPay 2.9%; Kajabi Payments 3.6% (2.9% plus 0.7% on subscriptions); ClickFunnels 3.3% (Stripe's 2.9% plus 0.4% Invoicing, which ClickFunnels applies to every subscription charge).
What can change the order:
- Neither Systeme.io nor HighLevel documents whether its subscriptions trigger Stripe's 0.7% Billing fee. Where that fee applies, each costs another $84, $840 or $4,200 a year at our three levels, and Whop moves into first place at $10,000.
- Without the billing fee, Whop's 2.7% makes it the cheapest option at all three levels: about $397, $3,975 and $19,873 a year.
- At $50,000 a month in subscriptions, the 2.9% card rate that Systeme.io, HighLevel and Kartra Starter pay beats Whop's 3.2% with billing on, so all three come in under Whop if their contact limits fit and no Stripe Billing fee applies.
- HighLevel's usage charges for SMS, phone numbers, emails sent and premium AI aren't in the table.
- If you gate a Discord or Telegram group through Whop's apps, Whop's own sources disagree: its fee page lists no extra fee, but each app's listing says adding it brings a 3% fee on that product's payments. Without it, the table stands. With it, Whop comes to about $817, $8,175 and $40,873 a year, the most expensive option here at $10,000 and $50,000.
- One-time sales tilt things toward Whop, since its 2.7% + 30¢ undercuts the 2.9% most others pay and carries no plan fee.
Try your own price, volume and sales mix in the platform fee calculator.
How much you rebuild on each platform
Funnels don't travel. ClickFunnels' share links only copy a funnel into another ClickFunnels workspace, and its exports cover contacts, orders and products. Everything else moves by hand unless the new platform does it for you.
| Platform | What carries over from ClickFunnels | Effort |
|---|---|---|
| Whop | Our wizard rebuilds products, course outlines and community spaces from your exports; you can keep your pages with ClickFunnels' Whop Checkout app, or try Whop's URL-based site rebuild (untested on funnels); email sequences and automations move to an App Store email app or your own email tool | Low to medium |
| Systeme.io | Free migration of contacts, funnel pages, blogs, courses, emails and automations on yearly plans or Unlimited | Low on a qualifying plan |
| HighLevel | Its pricing page doesn't mention migration help, so plan to rebuild funnels, emails and courses | High |
| Kartra | Contacts import from a CSV; Kartra says pages and course content can't be imported | High |
| SamCart | Rebuild products, checkout pages and upsell flows in its editor | Medium |
| Kajabi | Rebuild funnels, emails and courses in Kajabi's own builders | High |
Billing is a separate problem. Members paying through Payments AI sign up again wherever you go, because the cards stay with Payments AI. Members billed through your own Stripe can only use Whop Migrations if they pay by card (not Link, ACH or SEPA) and appear on Stripe's Subscriptions page. ClickFunnels' Stripe setup creates an invoice for each subscription charge, and a Payments AI help article says ClickFunnels keeps the subscriptions on its side, so look there before you plan around it. Kartra can't import subscriptions from any system.
Why creators look for ClickFunnels alternatives
Price is the main reason we found, followed by how hard ClickFunnels is to leave.
- The entry plan costs $97 a month, and key tools sit higher: automations and the API need Scale ($197), the Affiliate Center needs Optimize ($297), and removing ClickFunnels branding needs the yearly-only Dominate plan ($5,997).
- Cancelling deactivates your funnels, and keeping them costs $17 a month on the pause plan, with everything offline. An August 2025 r/clickfunnels post asked how to stop paying without deleting the account.
- On Stripe, ClickFunnels bills every subscription charge as an invoice, which adds Stripe's 0.4% Invoicing fee.
- An August 2025 r/clickfunnels thread flagged that ClickFunnels 2.0 keeps no page version history.
- One December 2025 r/EntrepreneurConnect reply described moving to HighLevel because ClickFunnels felt overpriced once a CRM, SMS and deeper automation were needed.
How we chose and ranked these alternatives
Our shortlist covers the main kinds of platform ClickFunnels users weigh: funnel builders, all-in-one marketing suites, checkout tools and course platforms. Each was judged on yearly cost at three revenue levels, the selling tools a funnel business needs, who holds the cards, and how much you'd rebuild. Whop is placed first for the reasons above; the rest follow their yearly cost at $10,000 a month.
All prices and features were checked on October 2 and 3, 2026 against each company's pricing page, help center or changelog, linked at the bottom. We didn't run paid accounts for this comparison, and Reddit posts are cited as individual experiences.
1. Whop: best for moving members, courses and payments
Whop is a pay-per-sale platform for memberships, courses, downloads and paid communities. A product carries apps such as Courses, Chat, Forums, Events and Discord or Telegram access, and buyers pay through checkout links, your Whop store page or Whop's checkout embedded elsewhere. Since August 2026 Whop also hosts free websites at a whop.site address, started from a blueprint, with its AI builder or in code, and wired to Whop checkout and its pixel. You edit them through AI chat or code rather than a drag-and-drop editor, and a custom domain currently needs Whop's API. Since October 1, 2026 Whop also runs ecommerce stores with multi-product carts, variants, inventory and itemized sales tax; shipping-rate rules and label printing aren't documented. Whop's May 2025 blog describes upsells sold before checkout, after checkout or inside the whop, each a "locked" app at a one-time price rather than another product, but its current help docs and dashboard don't show them, so confirm they appear in your dashboard before you count on them.
There's no plan fee. Under Whop's published fees, US card sales cost 2.7% + 30¢, plus 0.5% billing on subscription charges when enabled. A year costs $457, $4,575 and $22,873 at our three levels with that billing fee, or $397, $3,975 and $19,873 without it. If you gate a Discord or Telegram group, each app's listing says a 3% fee applies, though Whop's fee page lists none; with it, $10,000 a month comes to about $8,175 a year.
Strong points:
- ClickFunnels itself now supports Whop's checkout inside your funnels, through its Whop Checkout app, so you can move members and billing first and pages later.
- Course delivery, community and payments sit on one product, with no monthly bill.
- Checkout covers trials, split pay, promo codes, waitlists, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, crypto and, since October 1, 2026, multi-item carts. Buy now, pay later needs Whop's approval, works on one-time payments only and costs 15% per financed sale.
- A built-in affiliate program (default 30% commission, plus a 1.25% processing fee) and Whop Ads, which runs Meta campaigns with first-party pixel attribution and charges only your ad spend, need no plan upgrade. Other ad networks are listed as coming soon.
- No option here charges a lower card rate than its 2.7% + 30¢, and Whop adds no plan fee on top.
Weak points:
- Checkout links top out at $2,500 on a new account until Whop reviews and raises the limit, and early balances can be partly held back as a reserve.
- Card sales run through Whop Payments by default, with Whop as merchant of record, rather than through your own Stripe account. PayPal and crypto sales can pay out to a linked PayPal or Coinbase Commerce account.
- Whop's API has no way to enroll existing members, so each one claims access or re-subscribes through a link. The exception is active card subscriptions in your own Stripe that show on Stripe's Subscriptions page, which Whop Migrations moves with their renewal dates (cards only, no Link, ACH or SEPA).
- There's no visual funnel builder, and native one-click upsells, downsells and checkout A/B tests aren't documented. Recreating order bumps and upsells means a third-party App Store app, or Whop's 2025 "locked app" upsells (a one-time-price app add-on before or after checkout) if they show in your dashboard.
- There's no built-in email marketing (no broadcasts, sequences or segments). Whop sends welcome and goodbye messages with an optional email copy, forum posts by email and transactional emails; for newsletters and sequences you add an email app from Whop's App Store or keep your own email tool.
Moving from ClickFunnels: export contacts, orders and products, and our wizard rebuilds your products, courses and community spaces on Whop. Whop's Website Migrations (announced October 2, 2026) can also rebuild a public site on whop.site from its URL; we haven't tested it on ClickFunnels funnels, and it doesn't move members, subscriptions or your domain. Our ClickFunnels to Whop plan covers both routes, keeping your pages or moving everything.
Pick Whop if your funnel mostly sells access to courses, memberships or a community, or digital or physical products from a Whop store, and a per-sale fee suits you better than a monthly bill.
2. Systeme.io: best for a full funnel builder on a budget
Systeme.io is the closest like-for-like ClickFunnels replacement here. Every plan, even the free one, mixes a funnel builder with email campaigns, course hosting, a community space, a blog and a site.
The free tier allows 3 funnels and 2,000 contacts; paid tiers run $17 (Startup), $47 (Webinar) and $97 (Unlimited) a month, and yearly billing gives you two months free. Systeme.io takes nothing from your sales, so your gateway's rate is the only processing cost. A year on Startup comes to $625, $4,419 or $21,277 at our three levels.
Strong points:
- Order bumps sit on the order form, and upsells come after checkout without the buyer typing their card again, according to Systeme.io.
- There's no cap on email sends at any tier.
- Its migration team will move contacts, funnel pages, blogs, courses, emails and automations for free if you pay yearly or take Unlimited.
Weak points:
- On Startup you get 10 funnels, 5 courses and 5,000 contacts; outgrow the contact limit and your plan steps up.
- Support runs over email, without live chat.
- VAT is worked out for EU and UK buyers only, and you file it yourself.
Moving from ClickFunnels: request the free migration on a qualifying plan, then rebuild checkouts on your own Stripe or PayPal. Payments AI subscribers sign up again.
Pick Systeme.io if you want funnels, email and courses for the least money and can live within its plan limits.
3. HighLevel: best for agencies and sales-led businesses
HighLevel (often called GoHighLevel) is a marketing platform built around a CRM. Every plan includes a website and funnel builder, CRM pipelines, email and SMS marketing, booking calendars, payments and invoicing, courses and communities.
Starter costs $97 a month or $970 a year for 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited costs $297 ($2,970 a year) and Agency Pro $497 ($4,970 a year), both with unlimited sub-accounts. HighLevel's pricing page lists no transaction fee; you connect a processor and pay its rates. On Starter, priced with Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢, a year costs $1,585, $5,379 and $22,237.
Strong points:
- CRM, pipelines, SMS and calendars come standard, which matters if you sell by phone or appointment.
- Contacts and users are unlimited on every plan.
- It connects to Stripe, PayPal, NMI, Authorize.net, Square, Adyen and Razorpay.
Weak points:
- Phone numbers, SMS, emails sent and premium AI are billed by usage, on top of the plan.
- The $297 and $497 plans are shaped around agencies, with sub-accounts, rebilling and a SaaS mode, so a solo creator pays for features they won't use.
Moving from ClickFunnels: its pricing page doesn't mention migration help, so expect to rebuild funnels, emails and courses yourself.
Pick HighLevel if you run an agency or a sales team and the CRM matters more to you than course or community features.
4. Kartra: best for email, pages and checkout under one login
Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite: a page and funnel builder, a checkout with bump offers, upsells and express one-click purchases, plus email, SMS, memberships, webinars, calendars and a helpdesk.
Pricing follows your contact count. Essentials ($59 a month) allows 500 contacts and takes 5% of sales; Starter ($119) allows 2,500, Growth ($229) 12,500 and Professional ($549) 25,000, all without a sales fee. Starter works out to $1,849, $5,643 or $22,501 a year in our table.
Strong points:
- Starter and above include unlimited email and SMS.
- Payments go through accounts you own at Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Square or Authorize.net.
- Kartra's pricing page says HIPAA compliance comes at no extra cost.
Weak points:
- Go past your contact limit and Kartra upgrades your plan automatically, with a mid-cycle charge.
- Kartra says it can't import pages, course content or active subscriptions from other systems.
- Every sale is in one account currency.
Moving from ClickFunnels: import contacts from your CSV, then rebuild pages, courses and checkouts, and ask every subscriber to sign up again. If you ever leave Kartra, our Kartra to Whop plan shows the exit.
Pick Kartra if email and SMS drive your sales and your list fits its contact caps.
5. SamCart: best for checkout-first selling
SamCart is a checkout platform with product pages, upsells, order bumps, subscriptions, a courses app and an affiliate center. It suits sellers whose funnel is really a sales page and a checkout.
Core costs $79 a month ($59 yearly) and Pro $199 ($149 yearly). Upsells, order bumps, A/B testing, affiliates, the API and third-party processors are on Pro. SamCart takes no fee on SamPay, Stripe or PayPal, and SamPay charges 2.9% + 30¢. On Pro, a year costs $2,809, $6,603 and $23,461; Core is cheaper if you can live without upsells.
Strong points:
- Pro's checkout tools include 1-click upsells, order bumps and A/B testing.
- Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay run through SamPay or Stripe at about 6% + 30¢, with Affirm orders up to $30,000.
- Pro can route payments across Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.net and Easy Pay Direct.
Weak points:
- Upsells, order bumps and affiliates all need the $199 Pro plan.
- Its plans don't list a community feature.
- Tax calculation costs an extra 0.35% to 0.5%, and filing stays with you.
Moving from ClickFunnels: rebuild products, checkout pages and upsell flows in SamCart's editor. See our SamCart alternatives if checkout is your main need, and the SamCart to Whop plan for the reverse trip.
Pick SamCart if your sales run through one page and a checkout, and you want processor choice and buy now, pay later options.
6. Kajabi: best for courses with email and funnels
Kajabi is a course platform with email marketing, funnels, a website builder and a community in every plan.
Kajabi sells three plans: $179, $249 and $499 a month, or $143, $199 and $399 a month if you pay for a year. On Kajabi Payments a US card costs 2.9% + 30¢, and subscription or payment-plan charges carry another 0.7%. Bring your own Stripe and Kajabi charges a fee on top, from 2% down to 0.5% depending on the plan. Basic adds up to $2,653, $7,203 or $27,421 a year in our example.
Strong points:
- Email marketing and funnels are unlimited on every plan.
- Courses, a community and a website come with the plan.
- Kajabi offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Weak points:
- It's the most expensive option here at $10,000 and $50,000 a month.
- Basic caps you at 2,500 contacts and 5 products; Growth raises that to 25,000 and 50.
- Your own Stripe costs an extra 2%, 1% or 0.5%, and members billed through Kajabi Payments can't be moved out later without signing up again.
Moving from ClickFunnels: rebuild funnels and courses by hand. Our Kajabi alternatives and Whop vs Kajabi comparison cover it in depth.
Pick Kajabi if your business is courses and you want email, funnels and a website from one company.
When ClickFunnels is still the better choice
ClickFunnels is the better pick when the cost of leaving is higher than the fees you'd save.
- Your funnels are tuned and converting, and rebuilding them anywhere would cost more than the fees you'd save. If billing or delivery is the real pain, keep the pages and move only members and payments through the Whop Checkout app.
- Your list is large but your revenue isn't. Launch includes 10,000 contacts and 50,000 emails a month for $97, while Kartra Starter ($119) and Kajabi Basic ($179) stop at 2,500 contacts.
- Most of your subscribers pay through Payments AI, and asking them all to sign up again would lose more than you'd save.
- You split-test checkout pages and rely on ClickFunnels' funnel revenue stats, which Whop checkout purchases don't update.
- You run several brands in separate workspaces with their own team members, which Scale covers in one plan (5 workspaces, 5 team members).
If price is the issue, yearly billing cuts Launch to $81 a month and Scale to $164.
How to move off ClickFunnels
The ClickFunnels side of any move looks the same: export contacts, orders and products, copy course videos and lesson text, cancel customer subscriptions before your own account (ClickFunnels says they keep charging otherwise), withdraw any Payments AI balance, then cancel or pause.
If you're heading to Whop, feed those exports to our free migration wizard, which recreates your products, courses and community spaces there, and our subscription migration guide explains which members keep their cards and which sign up again.
Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest alternative to ClickFunnels?
On paper, Systeme.io. Its free plan includes 3 funnels and 2,000 contacts, and its $17 Startup plan came to about $4,419 a year in our $10,000-a-month example, against $4,575 on Whop and $5,859 on ClickFunnels Launch. That assumes Stripe doesn't add its 0.7% Billing fee to Systeme.io subscriptions, and that Whop's optional 0.5% billing fee is on. If either assumption flips, Whop is cheaper at that level; without its billing fee Whop comes to about $3,975.
Is there a free alternative to ClickFunnels?
Systeme.io has a free plan with 3 funnels of up to 15 steps, 1 course, 1 community, 2,000 contacts and unlimited emails, with no transaction fee. Whop has no monthly fee either and charges per sale under its published fees: 2.7% + 30¢ on US cards, plus 0.5% billing on subscription charges when enabled. Both cost you only when you sell or upgrade.
Can I keep my ClickFunnels pages and use Whop for payments?
Yes. Since September 2026, a ClickFunnels app called Whop Checkout places Whop's payment form directly on your funnel steps, and buyers never leave the page. Whop sales don't show in ClickFunnels' funnel stats, though its optional External Purchases app can record them as orders. You keep paying your ClickFunnels plan, so the fee savings are small until you drop it.
Which ClickFunnels alternative is best for agencies?
HighLevel is built for them. Its Starter plan ($97 a month) covers 3 sub-accounts, and Unlimited ($297) and Agency Pro ($497) add unlimited sub-accounts, rebilling for phone and email and, on Agency Pro, a SaaS mode for reselling. Budget for usage charges on SMS, phone numbers, emails sent and premium AI on top.
Will my ClickFunnels subscribers have to sign up again?
Payments AI subscribers will, wherever you go, since the cards sit with Payments AI. Members on your own Stripe can move to Whop with their dates only if they pay by card (Whop Migrations skips Link, ACH and SEPA) and show on Stripe's Subscriptions page, and ClickFunnels' invoice-based billing may mean they don't. Look there first, then plan a re-subscribe campaign for everyone missing.
Which alternative makes leaving ClickFunnels easiest?
Systeme.io does the most for you on a qualifying plan: its free migration on yearly plans or Unlimited covers contacts, funnel pages, blogs, courses, emails and automations. For Whop, our free wizard (not a Whop feature) rebuilds products, course outlines and community spaces, and you can keep your pages with the Whop Checkout app; email sequences and automations move to an App Store email app or your own email tool. Kartra can't import pages or courses, so you rebuild them.
